University of North Florida

Emily Hart is a Graduate Intern from the University of North Florida. She is completing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and will be graduating in August of 2023. Emily graduated from the University of Florida in 2019 with a triple major of Women’s Studies, Spanish, and Psychology. She works primarily with adults and teen clients and utilizes evidence-based interventions with an emphasis on Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques.  

Emily sees clients at our Fernandina office Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.
