Janet Grammel, M.S.W.

Janet Lehman Grammel has worked with troubled children, teens, and their families for over 35 years. A veteran social worker, she has specialized in child behavior issues ranging from children diagnosed with a major mental illness, severe anger management issues, and those that exhibit anti-social behaviors eventually involved in the criminal justice system.
Early in her career she worked as a Juvenile Probation Officer, in Northern N.J. and became a Clinical Social Worker at a psychiatric hospital. Janet moved to the state of Maine and worked at a Children’s Residential Treatment Center for 22 years before moving to Florida and becoming a Director of a Private Residential Program for Jewish Family Services of Palm Beach County.
She is co-creator of the Total Transformation Program developed in 2005 in order to help parents deal more effectively with their children’s behavior problems.
Janet received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1970 and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from West Virginia University in 1974.
