As a lifelong resident of Nassau County, Florida, Melanie Dempsey, has a background working with children ranging from newborns to 12 years old. She was a director at a local childcare center and enjoys spending time with and helping children as well as her own children. After 10 years in the childcare industry, Melanie decided to make a career change. She has worked in mental health billing for 2 years and has become proficient in behavioral health billing, insurance verification, insurance authorizations as well as working patient accounts.
