Ms. Blackshear is a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Georgia Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She received her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida. Ms. Blackshear has been in practice since 2014. 

Anna's theoretical approach stems from a humanistic and cognitive-behavioral therapy background to include acceptance and commitment therapy techniques. Her experience includes working with a variety of populations and clinical presentations in an individual and group counseling setting on issues ranging from eating disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, self-harming behaviors, and bipolarity.  

You will find Anna seeing her clients at our office in Kingsland, GA during the week.
